A spacious detached villa having a distinctive turret to the front with private pool approached through a lockable gate for child safety. Of traditional construction featuring Tosca arches and with separate areas of stone built terraces which are ideal for al-fresco eating and relaxing on each of the different levels with lovely views. The present owners have extensively refurbished the villa whilst preserving the essential Spanish character. En-suite to the principal bedroom is a luxury fully fitted bathroom. A deposit of 20% of total rental is required to secure a booking. Balance payable 6 weeks prior to start of rental. A further security deposit of £150 will be required, this will be refunded within 7 days of vacating the villa subject to no damage claims.

Rates include gas for water heating and cooking, water supply, pool and garden maintenance, they also include electricity costs. Flight costs, transfers to and from the airport, car hire or any insurances are not included we recommend you arrange these for your own security.
