The villa is situated on the mainly residential Rafalet development, having outstanding views over the Javea valley to the old village of Benitachell and down the valley to the Bernia mountains beyond.
A deposit of 20% of total rental is required to secure a booking. Balance payable 6 weeks prior to start of rental. A further security deposit of £150 will be required to be paid with your final balance. This will be refunded within 7 days of vacating the villa subject to no damage claims.
Rates include gas for water heating and cooking, water supply, pool and garden maintenance, they also include electricity costs. Flight costs, transfers to and from the airport, car hire or any insurances are not included we recommend you arrange these for your own security.
