Casa Lucia is a traditionally styled Villa all on one level featuring Tosca arches and beams, with the addition of modern conveniences that are designed to make your stay more comfortable. Bedrooms comprise 2 Double and 1 twin bedded sleeping a maximum of 6 persons, with 2 bathrooms.

The villa is situated on the mainly residential Rafalet development, enjoying views of the Montgo and west down the valley to the Bernia mountains.
A deposit of 20% of total rental is required to secure a booking. Balance payable 6 weeks prior to start of rental. A Further security and electricity deposit of £200 will be required in order that you can set your own comfort levels with the air conditioning and or pool heating. An easily understood meter set at direct cost recovery rate, allows you to monitor your usage. The balance of the deposit will be refunded within 7 days of vacating the villa.
Rates include gas for water heating and cooking, water supply, pool and garden maintenance, they do not include electricity costs as above, flight costs, transfers to and from the airport, car hire or any insurances which we recommend you arrange for your own security.
