We have only villas direct from the owners giving you the very best of accommodation for your holiday rental. All our villas are actually homes lived in by our owners out of season and not just a rental business. All holiday three villas sleep a maximum of six persons in three bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. They are all situated on the much sought after, well established and mainly residential Rafalet development. Within easy reach of local facilities, beach, restaurants and supermarkets however we do recommend use of a car.




	Javea old town and the beaches of the Arenal and the Port are no more than 3 kilometres away whilst the Javea golf course is just a few hundred metres from this lovely development. With half a dozen restaurants also within a few hundred metres and all the facilities of the main resort of Javea.



	Javea owes its appeal to both location and to its unique climate, lying as it does, at the foot of the Montgo Mountain which, rising to some 753 meters above sea level, separates Javea from the bustling town of Denia. The mountain is a national park hosting a splendid variety of vegetation and providing a magnificent panorama of Javea from its summit. Montgo also acts as a natural protection against continental winds. The climate is good throughout the year, being mild in the winter (12 degrees on average in January) and pleasantly hot in the summer (26 degrees on average in July). There are more recorded hours of sunshine in Javea than in any other place in Spain. Indeed the World Health Organization has designated Javea as one of the healthiest climates in the world. Although tourism is important in Javea it’s not of the package-holiday style. There are very few hotels (although there is a National Parador) most of the tourists preferring to stay in villas or apartments.

Villa in Javea, Alicante - Costa Blanca, Spain: A spacious detached villa having a distinctive turret to the front with outstanding views over the Javea valley to the old village of Benitachell and the Bernia Mountains beyond. The villa is of traditional construction featuring Tosca arches and fireplace, with stone built terraces forming separate areas for al fresco eating and relaxing on different levels, each with lovely views.
